Mr. Louchheim has twenty-five years' experience starting, growing, and selling IT Professional Services firms, the largest of which employed 150 people. Along the way, he sold multi-million dollar contracts, built and managed an effective sales force, established and maintained operational procedures, oversaw creation and implementation of a nimble systems development methodology, raised venture capital, negotiated credit with banks, hired hundreds of employees (and fired a couple), protected the company's service mark, trademarks, and intellectual property, and did whatever to grow companies into successful enterprises.
He also has ten years' experience teaching at the middle school and high school levels, as well as five years' experience as head of marketing and sales with an educational technology company, where he successfully used digital marketing methods.
